The Editorial Board of Research Churning (अन्वेषण मंथन) invites researchers, academicians, educators, professionals, and research scholars to submit original and unpublished manuscripts for consideration. The journal is committed to maintaining high standards of academic quality, ethical publishing, and editorial transparency through a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process.

Registration and Online Submission

·      Authors must Register or Log In through the journal's online submission system before submitting a manuscript.

·      Only registered authors can submit manuscripts, track the progress of submissions, receive editorial notifications, and communicate with the Editorial Office.

·     Manuscripts should be submitted exclusively through the journal website. Submissions through email or any other mode may not be considered unless specifically requested by the Editorial Office.

Scope and Types of Manuscripts

The journal welcomes high-quality contributions from multidisciplinary fields, including but not limited to Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, Management, Law, Science, Technology, Environmental Studies, Library and Information Science, and other emerging areas.

General Manuscript Requirements

Authors should ensure that:

Formatting Guidelines

·         File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

·         Paper Size: A4

·         Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

·         Font: Times New Roman (English), Mangal or Unicode font (Hindi)

·         Font Size: 12 pt for text; 14 pt bold for the title

·         Line Spacing: 1.5

·         Text Alignment: Justified

·         Page Numbering: Bottom centre or bottom right

·         Tables and Figures: Number consecutively and provide clear captions. All figures and tables must be cited within the text.

Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should clearly state:

·         Purpose of the study,

·         Research methodology,

·         Key findings,

·         Major conclusions.

The abstract should be concise, self-contained, and between 150–250 words. Authors should also provide 4–6 relevant keywords immediately below the abstract.

Citation and Referencing Style

Authors should use a consistent and internationally recognized citation style. The journal recommends the APA (7th Edition) referencing style unless otherwise specified.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

·         Every in-text citation appears in the reference list.

·         Every reference listed has been cited within the manuscript.

·         References are accurate, complete, and formatted correctly.

Ethical Requirements

Before submission, authors must ensure that:

·         The manuscript is entirely original.

·         All co-authors have significantly contributed to the research and approved the final version.

·         Appropriate permissions have been obtained for copyrighted materials, images, figures, tables, or datasets.

·         Research involving human participants or animals has received approval from the relevant ethics committee or institutional review board, where applicable.

·         All applicable legal, institutional, and ethical standards have been followed.

Plagiarism and AI Policy

Research Churning follows a strict policy against plagiarism and unethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Plagiarism

·         All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before peer review.

·         Manuscripts containing plagiarism, duplicate publication, self-plagiarism, fabricated data, or manipulated citations may be rejected immediately.

AI-Generated Content

·         Authors must prepare manuscripts through their own scholarly and intellectual efforts.

·         The use of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or any other generative AI tool to create substantial manuscript content, research findings, analysis, conclusions, images, or references is strictly prohibited.

·         AI tools may only be used for limited language editing or grammar assistance and must not replace the author's original academic contribution.

·         AI systems or language models cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.

Editorial Screening (Desk Review)

All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment to evaluate:

·         Suitability to the journal's aims and scope,

·         Originality and academic significance,

·         Compliance with formatting requirements,

·         Language quality and presentation,

·         Adherence to ethical and publication standards.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that fail to meet these minimum requirements before peer review.

Double-Blind Peer Review Process

Manuscripts passing the editorial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers under the journal's Double-Blind Peer Review system. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the process.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the manuscript may be:

·         Accepted without revision,

·         Accepted with minor revisions,

·         Returned for major revisions,

·         Rejected.

The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.
