Research Churning (अन्वेषण मंथन) is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while promoting the free and responsible dissemination of scholarly knowledge. The journal follows an Open Access publishing model that balances author ownership with broad accessibility and reuse of published research.
Copyright Ownership
Authors publishing in Research Churning retain the copyright of their work. By submitting and publishing their manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original and that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for all content included in the submission.
Publishing License
Upon acceptance of the manuscript, authors grant Research Churning and its publisher, AD Eduxian Publication, a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, archive, distribute, and make the article available worldwide in electronic formats for academic and non-commercial purposes.
Open Access and Creative Commons License
All articles published in the journal are made freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License. Under this license, readers and researchers are permitted to:
· Read, download, copy, and share the published work.
· Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material.
· Redistribute the work in any medium or format.
These uses are permitted provided that:

Author Responsibilities

Third-Party Material
If a manuscript contains material for which the authors do not hold copyright, it is the responsibility of the authors to obtain written permission from the copyright holder before submission. Evidence of such permission may be requested by the Editorial Office.
Repository and Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are encouraged to share and archive the published version of their article on:

· Personal or professional websites,
· Academic social networking platforms,
· Non-commercial subject repositories.
When self-archiving, authors should provide a complete citation to the published article and acknowledge Research Churning (अन्वेषण मंथन) as the original source of publication.
Copyright Infringement
Any allegation of copyright infringement or unauthorized use of published material will be investigated by the Editorial Board. If a violation is confirmed, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal of infringing material, publication of corrections, or article retraction where necessary.

AI-Generated Content and Copyright Compliance
· Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original and created through their own scholarly efforts.
· The journal does not permit the submission of manuscripts that are wholly or substantially generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar generative AI systems.
· AI tools may be used only for minor language editing, grammar checking, or formatting assistance, provided that such use does not replace the authors' intellectual contribution, analysis, interpretation, or scientific judgment.
· AI tools or language models cannot be listed as authors or co-authors, as they cannot assume responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, or originality of the research.
· Authors are solely responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, citations, and ethical compliance of all submitted content, including any limited AI-assisted editing.
· Manuscripts found to contain undisclosed or excessive AI-generated content, fabricated references, or AI-generated data, images, or results may be rejected, withdrawn, or retracted at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
Author Declaration
By submitting a manuscript to Research Churning, the corresponding author certifies that:
1. The work is original and has been prepared primarily through the authors' own intellectual and scholarly efforts.
2. The manuscript does not contain substantial AI-generated text, data, images, or references.
3. No Artificial Intelligence tool (including ChatGPT or similar systems) has been credited as an author or co-author.
4. The authors accept full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted work and agree to comply with the journal's Publication Ethics and Copyright Policy.
"AI Content Policy: Research Churning publishes only original scholarly work. Authors are expected to prepare manuscripts through their own intellectual efforts. The use of ChatGPT or other generative AI tools for creating substantial manuscript content, data, images, or references is not permitted, and AI systems cannot be listed as authors."
