Peer Review Policy

Research Churning (अन्वेषण मंथन) is committed to ensuring the highest standards of scholarly quality, fairness, and academic integrity through a rigorous and transparent Double-Blind Peer Review process. The journal believes that independent expert evaluation is essential for maintaining the credibility and reliability of published research.

Double-Blind Peer Review Process

The journal follows a Double-Blind Peer Review system, in which the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. This approach helps eliminate bias and ensures an objective and impartial evaluation of every manuscript.

Editorial Screening

Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine:

·         Relevance to the journal's aims and scope,

·         Originality and academic significance,

·         Compliance with submission guidelines,

·         Language and formatting quality,

·         Adherence to publication ethics and plagiarism standards.

Manuscripts that do not meet these basic requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected before the peer-review stage.

Reviewer Evaluation

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent subject experts for detailed review. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:

·         Originality and novelty,

·         Research design and methodology,

·         Accuracy and validity of data and analysis,

·         Significance and contribution to the field,

·         Clarity, organization, and presentation,

·         Adequacy of references and literature review,

·         Ethical compliance and academic integrity.

Reviewers are expected to provide constructive, objective, and evidence-based feedback to assist both the authors and the editorial team.

Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers' reports and recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief may reach one of the following decisions:

·         Accept without Revision

·         Accept with Minor Revisions

·         Revise and Resubmit (Major Revisions Required)

·         Reject

The final decision regarding publication rests solely with the Editorial Board and is based exclusively on the scholarly merit and quality of the manuscript.

Confidentiality and Ethical Conduct

The journal maintains strict confidentiality throughout the review process. Reviewers and editors must not disclose, discuss, or use any unpublished information obtained through the review process for personal or professional advantage.

Reviewers are also expected to:

·         Maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts,

·         Declare any conflict of interest,

·         Decline the review if they are unable to provide an impartial evaluation,

·         Complete the review within the prescribed timeframe.

Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the review or publication process. Where a conflict of interest exists, appropriate steps will be taken to ensure an unbiased editorial decision.

Plagiarism and Ethical Screening

Before peer review, all manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening using appropriate similarity detection tools. Submissions containing plagiarism, fabricated data, duplicate publication, or any other form of publication misconduct may be rejected immediately or withdrawn from consideration.

Peer Review Integrity

Research Churning strictly prohibits any attempt to manipulate or compromise the peer-review process. Practices such as reviewer identity fraud, fabricated reviewer recommendations, or interference with editorial independence are considered serious ethical violations and may result in rejection or retraction.

Commitment to Quality

The journal is dedicated to maintaining a fair, transparent, and efficient review process that promotes academic excellence and ethical publishing. Through its Double-Blind Peer Review system, Research Churning ensures that every published article meets internationally accepted standards of quality, originality, and scholarly contribution.

By submitting a manuscript to Research Churning (अन्वेषण मंथन), authors agree to participate in and abide by the journal's peer-review process and editorial policies.
